How to grab Audacity so it includes the File/Edit/...Tools/etc menu in the grab

I am running Windows 10 and the latest as of July 9th, 2023 of OBS studio.
When I set up the Audacity videograb, it is missing the files...tools top menu.
I am a newby, but it gives me everything in my WaveEdit and Audioterm videograbs.

I have played around with the properties and settings but for the life of me can not get the above menu in Audacity to show.

This can be done only with Display Capture sources of OBS.
