Question / Help How To Grab A Screen or Window?

Sorry but I just can't see how to select a window and initiate a grab and save it to a findable file.

Or even grab the whole screen.

I can do videos. But not still grabs.

I want to grab an Open Office Chart so's I can post it on the web.

Any help?
