How to go back to screen (not window) share?

Hi,
When I downloaded OBS and used it for the first time, I selected "capture WINDOW".
Now I want to select "capture entire screen" and I cannot find that option again. It only lets me choose which window - which is a problem if I want to swich from one window to another during the same video.
How can I get back the original options?
