how to give obs administrator privileges

My understanding is that giving OBS Studio Admin priv's in Windows OS has to due with GPU scheduling (an OS specific issue)... that shouldn't usually be required. Most people that purse that approach do so blindly, without understanding the downsides
Why consider it on another OS? and recognize that the underlying CPU architecture might also have a big impact (x86 vs Apple M1/2)

Go into my application folder, right click on OBS then select "get info", then under "shearing and permission" change Admin privilege to read & write.
