Question / Help how to get the x264 low CPU usage option?

In this thread https://obsproject.com/forum/thread...w-cpu-usage-preset-increases-file-size.70233/ this person has access to x264 low CPU usage along side the regular x264 option. my question is how would I get this option to show up?

Switch to the simple output mode (note that this is a recording only preset). You can always adjust the x264 CPU preset yourself if you need to.
