Question / Help how to get OBS back to default user interface?

Hi,

I just installed OBS on my wife's mac and hit some button and now OBS isnt windowed and its un-usable. It seems to flick into a second desktop/screen and I cant get out of it.

how can I set OBS back to its as installed default settings? and is it possible to lock OBS so it cant do this a second time?

Remove or delete:

~/Library/Application Support/obs-studio
~/Library/Preferences/obs.plist

This will delete scenes and profiles as well as preferences.
