I would like to know if it is possible to have different audio sources in OBS for example: Discord, Ingame sounds, Spotify music. So I could fine-tune their volume. Right now Spotify, Ingame sounds and Discord are Desktop audio. But would it be possible to get them to be a different source like my mic?

For all sources that go to the default device, you can control it through Windows:
