How to get "all I" compression for editing speed?

I don't usually upload a video without editing it first, and I delete the source video when I'm done anyway. So I'd like to setup OBS Studio to record straight to an editing friendly codec, and let me worry about space.

Creating a proxy or intermediate after the recording just adds more steps and time to the process for me.

This Video Codecs & Compression Guide at 6:55 explains that H.264 can be setup to record using "All I frames" or in otherwords, exclude B and P frames so that the editor doesn't need to find the nearest I frame and rebuild the image. This makes it easier and faster when editing on the timeline, and I'd like to know how to have OBS record straight to an editing friendly codec like this.

Is it as simple as setting "Max B Frames" to 0?

I just upload to Youtube so for me it's more about wanting to avoid extra steps when trying to improve performance on the editing timeline.
