Question / Help How to get 4 B-Frames with NVENC?

I set my b-frames to 4 on NVENC but when I check it with Mediainfo is says there's only 2, am I missing something?

High Quality
High profile
Level 4.1

B-Frames 4

720p60
NV12
YUV color space 709
Color range partial

Also, if you suggest CPU encoding, I'm open to suggestions, but it's been very laggy on Fortnite at even lower quality settings than NVENC.
I only have a 6600k, so that's probably why. I believe I can manage 720p30 on Veryfast, but that's as far as it goes on the veryfast preset for Fortnite in particular. Even the audio clips and lags on Fortnite when I use CPU encoding. ;c
