How to fix xbox game capture lag?

I'm using a Teclast laptop wit 8gb ram and 2.4 ghz turbo (1.1 actual), with a capture card for my xbox one to capture some halo and rdr2 gameplay. The capture lag is immense. Is there a way I can fix it, or is it just my laptop specs being insufficient?

What's the cheapest laptop/desktop setup I can get away with having no lag?

Trying to change the reselution to your default windows resolution, and then change the FPS to 30 , Bitrate 9000
