How to fix? VHS Tapes Audio mixer fades to red buzzing noise

I'm transferring my old VHS tapes to digital using elgato capture video. When recording in OBS the audio mixer fades out red and makes a buzzing noise. Then it turns green and sounds great. I can't figure out what the buzzing noise is and how to fix it by removing it. Anyone have any suggestions? Thank you
