Question / Help How to fix the Blackscreen problem in windows 10 ?? (Intel User)

Hello,
So, whenever I start the recording nothings shows up and when stops the recording and go to see where the video has been stored.I click on the video and again nothing shows up. I am new with OBS and I start with a problem......
A file has been attached to show what happens. It has been taking while recording.
Please help me with the same.
