I have the issue that when I monitor my Mic/Aux, there is lag or delay. That makes it very difficult to speak. I have tried adjusting the sync offset but it doesn't help. Also when I record with the setting "Monitor and Output", there is that same lag/delay in the video or like an echo with two tracks, which is not good. Is there any way to resolve this issue? I also tried the other setting "Monitor Only (mute output)" but it seemed to give the same results.
