Question / Help How to fix Audio Muffle?

About 2ish weeks ago, was my last record session. The audio then was fine. I wanted to record some stuff yesterday and ran into a Audio issue. It sounded like it was a low quality or muffled. I reinstalled and changed all settings from scratch and still no luck. The only setting that does not mess with the audio, is Indistinguishable Quality (regardless of File format and encoder). Down below is a very short youtube clip regarding the audio feeling drowned out.

Current info: Running the latest GPU drivers (Sea of Thieves update)
OBS: 21.1.0 64bit Windows
