Question / Help How to fix 10 second lag from xbox to twitch

hello
i need some help on figuring out right settings to stream xboxone from obs to twitch. i have a 10 second video delay and need help syncing it together. i have the latest obs and have a El gato hd i know it old i will upgrade soon enough. please help thank you very much.
 
I'm a bit confused, 10 seconds delay is actually pretty normal for Twitch. There's not really much you can do about it.
 
I'm confused. Is the audio desynced from the video on twitch, or is it just taking 10 seconds to show up after it happens for you?
 
If you need to delay your audio sources, go to Edit -> Advanced Audio Properties and adjust the Sync Offset (ms) field. If you need to delay your video sources, add a Video Delay (Async) filter. For other sources (Window/Game/Display Capture), add a Render Delay filter and adjust as necessary.
