How to enable web socket

I am trying to connect Whatnot forum for hours now and can't figure it out. Instructions say to ensure that Web Socket is enabled, but I can't figure out how to do that as my screen looks much different. I am on a Chromebook. I had downloaded and set up OBS. Please give me Directions for Dummies!

In current OBS (version 32.0.4), Open "Websocket server Settings" from the "Tools" menu. I'm on Windows. OBS on a Chromebook may be a stretch.
