Story is simple, latest macOS, latest obs and i only see x264 software encoder. With it my mbp sounds like plane, heats like volcano and battery life is like sega game gear. Thx!
Case solved, hardware encoder was hiding behind advanced options :) Though it didn't really help, laptop is still heating and battery drain is horrible.
