Set your Powerpoint to run the slideshow in a window, then use the MacOS Screen Capture source type, and set it to capture that window. Note that you have to reselect the window to capture every time you (re)start the presentation. For a persistent version, you can use the old window capture source type under the Deprecated sub-menu, but there's no telling when that will be eliminated.
