How to Crop (Zoom/Pan) a Video Capture Source

I'm new to OBS, and just trying to do the most basic thing with my video source: zoom and pan (crop it). My webcam takes in a pretty wide angle, but I want to only capture a small section of that. Surely there is a way to do this in OBS, but I could not find it searching through the documentation. Thank you!

Thank you for that-- the piece I was missing was holding the "Alt" key while dragging the border to crop.

It's still awkward to use though. It's easy for the borders of the camera to go off the screen and become inaccessible. Enlarging the overall OBS window doesn't help you access the off-screen borders because it just zooms in to the base view. When the borders of the video source go off-page, what's the easiest way to access them again?
