Question / Help How to 'crop'/remove portions of the screen when recording?

Hi there,

I was wondering if it's possible to hide the logo from the screen where recording is taking place? Can this be cropped at all or alternatively can i adjust the settings to ensure the logo (appearing in the top of the screen from another company) does not appear in my recordings?

You could just go to Sources at the bottom of OBS and hit the little eyeball icon next to the 'Logo'. It should shut it off.

Hi Joe,

thanks for that...I've tried to locate 'Logo' but cannot find unfortunately. I've tried a few options such as 'Media Sources' although it doesn't seem to remove it. Do you have any suggestions?

I think I may just need to record a smaller portion of the screen as the logo is right at the top. please see enclosed. As you can see the footage I'm looking to record is much lower.
