How to crop a zone with OBS Studio to match windows which are hidden by the OBS window itself?

Hi,
I use ALT + drag on the preview zone to crop a specific region of the screen for recording.
But to do that, OBS has to be the topmost window, and then you cannot see where you are cropping: the other windows are behind OBS.
Is there a solution for this problem ?

There was a solution in OBS Classic: the rectangular selection was semi-transparent and you could see the windows behind. Is there something similar in OBS Studio ?

How do you select/crop the zone you're recording?

When doing it on the preview, the other windows are behind OBS, and then you don't see where you are cropping...
