I´ve searched a lot, but I can´t find where can I copy a single scene from a huge scene collection into a new collection. I found many other things, but not that.

Unfortunately, there is no such function. Currently, it's not possible to transfer stuff from one existing scene collection to a different existing scene collection.
However, if it's a brand new collection you want to create and this scene is the first scene, then duplicate the original scene and in the copy remove everything except the stuff you want to keep.
