Question / Help How to connect OBS to ip webcam?

So I've watched a couple youtube videos on this, can't get it to work.

What I've done:

1. Download ip webcam app.
2. Start server, and copy paste url given to me. I select 'browser' as the 'video renderer' and the footage from my phone pops up on the screen perfectly. I also go to advanced settings and change it to mirror.
3. I open obs, and under sources click the + and get 'windows capture 2'
4. On the properties there's 'window' and 'window match priority' From 'window' I find the name of the tab that my ip webcam is on. There's a bunch of other options that say explorer.exe null or windows interal null etc that I don't understand.
5. 'Window Match Priority' I leave as is: 'match title, otherwise find window of same type' ( I don't understand what this is for)
6. I leave 'capture cursor' selected and 'multi-adapter compatibility' unselected and click ok.

The result is on my obs I get a black screen, with a red border that I can move across the screen and resize. When I move my cursor on the tab of the ip webcam footage, the cursor appears on obs as well.

Works here. URL in media source or VLC media source: http://10.1.0.21:8080/video
Replace appropriate IP address of smartphone.
After a change or start of the ip camera server on the smartphone, toggle activation of the source by clicking the eye icon next to the source in the sources list to reinit the connection.
