How to configure literally lossless 4:2:2 chroma sub sampling with UTVideo.

I have been capturing VHS with the Lossless Quality -Tremendous file size option. The resulting video is 4:2:0 subsampling. I need to use another UT video codec that supports 4:2:2 capture, but it is not listed in OBS. How would I do this?
