how to combine two internet connections and best streaming bitrate?

I tried using Speedify to combine two internet connections, in this case, either one LAN and one WIFI or one WIFI from a WIFI card and one WIFI from USB WIFI adapter, but it didn't work at all. It seems like combining internet connections would be an ideal way to maintain a reliable speed. Also, one YouTube video recommends using a streaming bitrate of 50% of your upload speed to give leeway for fluctuations, so 15 mpbs bitrate with 30 mbps upload speed. Does that sound like a good idea?

Yeah, bonding connection is always good idea.
I use openmptcprouter with 4 LTE modems, my speed up typical is 30 to 150 Mb/s.
