So I'm trying to use a webcam frame but my green screen is a little too small so I have trying bringing the webcam frame right and left side in some holding down alt and resizing the width, when I do that the part that is resized disappears. I can however resize the entire web frame it keeps the same ratio and doesn't narrow just the width. I have done Google searches to no avail. Thank you in advance to anyone that can help.

Holding ALT is the quick-crop, not resize. To enable non-aspect-locked scaling, I believe you hold down SHIFT or CTRL instead. Best fix would be to take the frame into an image editor and resize it there.
