How to change user name and password for OBS 2 - VERSION 27.1.3 Start Virtual Camera

How do I change my user name and/or password to handle this issue: I have just downloaded most recent version of OBS. When trying to "Start Virtual Camera" have icon stating "OBS 2 wants to make changes" and wants a user name and password. none of the user names and passwords I have associated with OBS work.

That is supposed to be username and password you use to login to your mac.
