How to change setBufferTime from 3000ms

Hi,

I am trying to use an rmtp feed from GoPro 8 Black into OBS Studio (ver 25.0.8) using the monaserver (v2.565) on my windows 7 laptop. Everything is great except for the 3s lag coming from setBufferTime being set by OBS to 3000ms.

How can I change it to anything much lower than 3000ms like 30ms ?

Thanks. The wifi link is quite fast causing exact 3s delay between video and audio. The whole 3000ms is not needed. I can probably live with .5s or 500ms delay if there is a way. Isn't this parameter exposed to users in some settings? Any other fixes?
