Question / Help How to change output recording?

Hello, I am trying to record one part of my screen (top right corner) and I made it via positioning and cutting it there. The problem is, that 75% of the screen is then black (using 1080p). I tried to scale the recorded part by making it bigger in positioning, but it only pixelated the thing. When I tried to make output in video>output to lower, it was pixelated too. How to make the output of the size of the recorded part, but not scaling the part recorded to not make it blurry?

Not entirely sure of what you're trying to do exactly, but if you're looking to crop down a portion of a source, hold alt while dragging its red boundary in the preview.

Yeah okay, I had normal screen and I want to capture this:

but I want to export only the portion on the right, not the whole 1920x1080. Is it possible? When I tried to scale down its blurry and when I upscale the portion, its same.

Example, when I upscale...it still outputs at 1920x1080

OBS outputs what is called the canvas. You put one or more sources on the canvas, they are composited by OBS, and output as stream. If you wan to output only a tiny fraction of that canvas, you have to reduce the canvas size.
Go into settings->Video and adjust the canvas and output size to the size of your cropped top right corner. The exact size can be seen if your right-click your source->Transform->Edit. Note the "size" values and enter these in Settings->Video as both canvas and output size in 123x456 format.
Now you can make your cropped source occupy the whole canvas without scaling it up or down.
