I'm trying to convert some old videos to digital using a rca capture device. I can't seem to set the base canvas resolution to any 4:3 resolutions whatsoever, which means there's an obnoxious black bar to the side of the video feed. What am I missing? Ideally I'd want the base canvas resolution to be 720x480 or something similar. Thank you!!!
