It's OBS 30.0.2 on Ubuntu 22.04 using EasyCap v4l2 USB capture device. The audio sounds OK, but the video looks like a stop action effect and is rather dark. Can anyone point me to a quickstart page for how to not have the "stop action" effect. In other words how to not have a jumpy video. I try to change settings but it says an output is active and I should stop it. How do I do that? So, what changes should I make, and how do I do them? Please be nice. This is supposed to be a help forum.
