How to capture the NDI audio source only while recording a Skype Call by using OBS

Hey there, I got this problem. I have tried to record a Skype Videocall by using OBS with the NDI plug-in. Everything was working perfectly, the only problem was that OBS was recording two audio sources at the same time (the NDI source and my Computer-Skype source) creating a kind of echo, which is very annoying. Does anyone know how to set OBS in order to capture the NDI audio sources only? Thanks a lot
