Intro: So I have subscribed to some video content from a local firm which has its custom software/app for watching a playlist of video content, which we had to install and log in to (Windows)
Context: It is made so that people aren't able to screen record and sell the videos somewhere but I talked about it and they were ok with me taking recordings for my personal use (I know the management personally, they don't mind but dont wanna go through the hassle of ticketing an exception as it'll charge them more from the platform vendor)
My problem: When I record the "Display Capture", the app window basically becomes transparent (in OBS preview), I am able to record the audio, but the video just isn't there. What can i check and fix ? I am tech savvy so I can tinker around with some settings.
