How to boost microphone output? Without increasing Gain

I want to set my mic gain to low, so it doesnt pick up surrounding noises and keeps the voice quality high.
So that the mic doesnt sound low on stream, is there a way to boost the output volume of the mic sound?
Looked around the internet, couldnt find a solution. Most videos / posts all offer solutions that involve increasing the microphone gain.

If you "boost" your mic, you also boost any noise. The crucial thing is to not record noise in the first place.To reduce environment noise, choose a mic with a proper pickup pattern and direction, so it primarily picks up your voice. There are mics that record the whole room, and there are mics that pick up some volume in front of the mic. Choose the latter.
Put your mouth as near to the microphone as possible, so you can lower its volume as much as possible, so the noise is suppressed best. If you have a mic on your table 50 cm away, you're essentially recording the whole room and any room noise. If you have a mic 5 cm away from your mouth, you're essentially recording your voice only.
