I've seen a few posts here and on other forums running into streams that disconnect after fixed time frames. Most happen around the 2 hour mark.
What is happening is that the lease time to your IP address times out if you are not using static IP address for your streaming and gaming boxes. On most routers, DHCP is the default for automatic IP assignment. The lease time is set to a fixed time interval (usually 3600 seconds = 2 hours).
Go into your router web administration panel and set private static IP address for your streaming and gaming box and the problem should go away.
This should be added to the Dropped network guides and sticky's as another source of potential problems to be aware of.
