Greetings. Now, I know what I seek can be done. I had it working a while back, but my pc took a crap on me and for the life of me I can not recall how. *laugh*
The way I had it set up before was it would put the video in folders (create them if needed) based on year, then month, then day. So when I went on a recording spree it was very easy for me to find the files I needed without a bunch of clutter.
The googleforce has failed me with finding the answers again though. I hope people here can help me. :-)
