How to auto-ontop front window

I'm looking for a method to auto-ontop the window that is in the front, among two Minecraft instances. When I switch to another instance using Alt + Tab, OBS lets the new window show on top of the old one. Does anyone know how?

Please post how you solved it. It's annoying to have a problem, find someone else who had the same problem, and the thread ends with, "Fixed it, bye!" without saying how.
