How to apply chroma key to a specific part of the video input

My background wall is a normal office room with a green screen that only covers some of the wall. My intended goal is to have the bigger room view with only a subset being a green screen. I'm having trouble getting the lighting perfect given the room conditions. I can get tweak the chroma key settings to work great for the green screen portion but then the rest of the video is bad. Ideally, I would be able to tell OBS to only apply chroma key to a fixed region within the video stream and leave the rest of the video alone. Is this possible?

I would create a duplicate of the feed and crop just the selection of the image you want to apply the chroma key to, then apply it. it should place whatever you're trying to show instead of the part of the image, makes sense?

Cheers.
