Question / Help How to add RECENT FOLLOW on SLIDESHOW IMG

Hi, I have a question HOW i can add a "TEXT GDI+" with RECENT FOLLOW to my IMAGE SLIDESHOW?
I mean - in slideshow i have graphic with social media like FANPAGE;instagram etc and another image with LAST FOLLOW; LAST SUB; LAST DONATION.

My question is - How to make the last dejts to be displayed only on the selected slide.
