How to add my PNG avatar to new OBS 30.2 now Image Reaction is removed?

So my HDD crashed and burned, so I had to get a new one. I installed the newest version of OBS, however I noticed that "Image Reaction" is now missing from the options on the Sources Screen. So I'm unable to add my PNG avatar to my stream for my viewers.

How do I add my avatar to OBS now that option has been removed?
