How to activate a source with sound ?¿

Hello, I am looking for a script or plugin that if there is sound in a channel activate / deactivate the webcam (source).

I leave you a video of what I need. in the upper left corner this twitch channel has what I'm looking for, but it was in Thai and we didn't understand each other

My English is very bad, please if there is a plugin or script leave a link.

Thanks cyclemat, but it is not what I am looking for. I don't use discord with obs studio.

I use obs to stream. I would like only the webcam to appear when I speak.
