How to acquire at the video and audio at native resolution ?

Hello,

Beginner of OBS I want to acquire many videos from a HDMI acquistion card but I don't know the resolutions of the video and audio (blocked in a pvr box and none have the same resolution but probably less than the maximum specifications of the card which is 1920x1080).

How to acquire the video and audio at their native resolutions ? I also don't want to convert them.
