How record Jitsi audio and video streaming locally

Hi Friends,
tomorrow night I will need to record Jitsi audio and video streaming locally.
Could you suggest me the right way, if is needed any specific plugin, get some advice, or other so?

I could do this from a dedicated Ubuntu 18.0.4 desktop, where I've not webcam or microphone.

Is this possible?

I've read

but I haven't had the chance to test yet

..for example, on wizard selecting live streaming, then I cannot see meet.jit.si from the services. How I should configure OBS here?
