How high should my settings be with NVENC?

So recently I discovered that my i3 9100f isn't quite good enough to stream Minecraft consistently with 720p(60) and 2500 bitrate. So I decided to switch to my NVENC and let my 1060 3gb do the work. I'm just wondering how far up my settings should be with my graphics card that'll let me consistently stream with no lag.

My aforementioned specs are:
1060 3gb graphics card
i3 9100f
30-40 mbps upload speed (I use wi-fi)

And I also pretty much exclusively stream Minecraft at high settings at 60 FPS.

Thank you to anyone who can help! I posted two log files, first being for when I streamed with x264, second for when I streamed with nvenc with the same settings, and third for when I streamed with higher settings also on nvenc.

The first log confirms that yes... your CPU is underpowered to run x264 encoding for that output. It also shows that you have dropped frames even at 3000kbps, so your upload speed is a definite limitation.

The 2nd log shows that you still have rendering lag, which should be fixed by running OBS as admin. Also, you should turn off Psychovisual Tuning to avoid issues with CUDA. No dropped frames due to network, but this is also only run at 2500kbps, so this is expected based on your 3000kbps performance.

The 3rd log has no stream attempt, so no useful data is given.

So... stick with NVenc, run OBS as admin, and turn off Psychovisual Tuning. Also stick with 2500kbps, as it seems that's your network limit.
