Question / Help How high a bit rate does QSV allow?

OBS Studio 0.14.2

Primary Question: How high a bit rate does QSV allow?
Secondary Question: How much bitrate is enough for 1920*1080 x 60fps?

I try higher than 60000 and the status bar shows streaming low such around 2000.
I try around 60000 and the status bar shows streaming around 60000.

I'm guessing 65536 is a magical number for QSV...

I am streaming without resize to a second computer which transcodes and uploads via nginx-rtmp.

65k seems to be max

Secondary Question: How much bitrate is enough for 1920*1080 x 60fps?

depends what content but 12,5k should be fine, it wont be perfect but should be good enough, check my signature
