How does one get support for an issue with OBS?

I have tried multiple times to get answers from here, and it's like talking to myself. I went over to the Discord server, and again, no one responds to me. Can I message someone and simply wait for them to get back to me? It's very upsetting that these forums are full of questions and no answers.

I read you last 2 questions, however I didn't have a clue what might be happening according to what you posted, so I simply didn't answer. I guess it's the same with the others who might answer.

The issue with the preview stutter after 30 minutes - no clue. Either such issue happens immediately, or not at all, for these there are answers. Or there is something happening when it starts, but your post got convoluted and incomprehensible when you started describing what you did.

The green screen issue - it seems you didn't understand how to configure the chroma key filter, or use proper lighting, and since this is usually some easy task everybody is able to work out himself with the help of Google and a bunch of Youtube video guides about green screens, I assume you will be able to do this as well. You neither posted screenshots/images, so nobody is able to have a clue what it is about on your side.

Why speak of the green screen? That was some time ago and completely unrelated to the stuttering issue. If you did that "Google" thing too, you'd know several people have and have had the preview stuttering issue that occurs anywhere between 5 minutes to an hour, Here is just one example. Can I dislike your offensive reply? https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/stutter-that-appears-45-minutes-into-a-stream.136510/

I answer in this thread, the last suggestion is change video driver.
Why? New driver is new problems.
If you power source is stable, CPU stable, mobo stable (check encoders x264, qsv or nvidia).

Nvidia - encoding inside card no need send source via main bus to ram and cpu. If problems is here only drivers on card decide.

QSV - need send source video to RAM via main Bus

X264 - send source video via main bus to CPU.

In two last PCIE is main bus, is huge, but some chipset on mobo can be broken and not working correctly.

Thanks. I will try some old AMD drivers. I would love to be able to try a new graphics card, but it's just not possible unless I spend a few hundred pounds. I've already upgraded everything except for PSU and GPU. The RX 580 is still fine for gaming, but maybe not for OBS.

AMD has different construction like nvidia, encoding is implemented by free main resources, on nvidia card encoding is on special parts (of course need some main resources but less like in AMD).

But encoding is only relevant if you record, right? What hardware is being used just to display the preview with effects? I am thinking about buying an Atem mini just to get realtime chromakey, Crazy that I need to spend all this money. I wish I knew what to buy next.

encoding is need for record or streaming.
OBS has realtime chromakey.

OBS has realtime chromakey, but also OBS stutters horribly and makes it unusable for me. I might find the fix when I am an old man.
