Hi all,
I just want to better understand how the stream setting of CBR works. We are streaming our church service through Google Fiber 1G, 1080P to YouTube.
I set the CBR rate to 6800. After just a few minutes, YouTube is telling me that our bit rate of 7200+ is too high. I thought when you used the CBR
setting that it stays constant.
I've also set the CBR rate to 6500 and watched the bottom right corner bit rate value and it fluctuates quite a bit.
So, again, just trying to understand this better and to make sure I am doing things correctly.
Pointers to docs welcome.
Thanks,
Pat
