How do you set up a title on Twitch for an OBS stream ?

Hi,
I'm a new OBS user. I usually used Twitch on my PS4 for broadcasting (with the famous bug which caused any stream to be broadcasted with the title of the previous one) and discovered that OBS uses my last PS4 stream title (it picked it up from Twitch I suppose).
How can I set up a correct title for my streams sent from OBS, please?

You setup your stream's title by going into the Twitch Dashboard and then into Stream Manager and clicking on the Edit Stream Info button in the Quick Actions panel. Then enter in a title.
