Question / Help How do you Properly Re-Encode Nvenc Video with x264

The video reccords without issue but when it comes time to compressing it with handbrake I cant seem to get a configuration that doesn't lead to this mess. https://puu.sh/uZbUm/5e1efb8dfa.png

What settings are necessary to allow lossless nvenc footage to be compressed using the high x264 profile?

well considering that this happens with literally every single encoding software on the face of the earth :/ megui, vidcoder, vegas 12, premiere, all of these programs give the same corrupted result.
