Question / Help How do you create a playlist, for media files?

I want to be able to stream several video files, during the night: how can I create a playlist, for OBS to play them one after another?

No one? There's no way to do a media files playlist? (27 hours later...)

Install VLC then restart your OBS and you will have the VLC source.
Then you can make a playlist via VLC and add it into OBS.

Yeah I just added the files into VLC and went to file> save playlist.

Hello. i streaming from my desktop PC to my laptop 720p 60fps 15k bitrate video and capturing with VLC source. It's possible to force OBS to only compress this to 3500 and send to twitch? without downscaling from native 900p to 720 one more time?

Does anyone know where the VLC Video Source Playlist folder is put on my computer? Can I edit it in a text editor like an .m3u or .pls file? then schedule it in my windows task scheduler? You can see where I'm going with this...

We can't hear the playlist, in my case is just a music playlist, I think I need the Playlist to not be controlled by OBS and instead, just be played so I can hear it too not just the live stream (especially if something goes wrong)
